Lead the project
We take care of planning, coordination and delivery from the start through to completion.
This works best when the outcome is clear but nobody has enough time to own the whole job.
Magna Creative works with organisations that need something delivered, improved or brought back under control. We might lead the whole project, own one workstream or join an existing team when more capacity is needed.
Most of our work falls into four areas: digital operations and project delivery, esports and competitive events, focused website projects, and Youth & Community partnerships.
We take care of planning, coordination and delivery from the start through to completion.
This works best when the outcome is clear but nobody has enough time to own the whole job.
We take full responsibility for one defined part of a larger project.
This works when you already have a project lead but one part of the work still needs a clear owner.
We join the existing team and help get the work done without adding another management layer.
This suits projects that already have direction but need more capacity or a particular set of skills.
Usually, people are already working hard.
The problem is usually that information is scattered, decisions sit unanswered and nobody is quite sure who owns the next step.
We make the work easier to follow: what matters now, what is waiting on a decision and who is responsible for it.
Depending on the project, that can include:
We can lead the project, own one workstream or add capacity to an existing team.
We don’t add tools just because they are new. The aim is to make the work easier to run and reduce the amount that depends on somebody remembering to chase it.
Tell us what’s getting difficultA bracket is only one part of an esports competition.
Players need answers, schedules change, broadcasts have deadlines and rules need to hold up when something unexpected happens. We keep those pieces joined up and deal with problems before they derail the competition.
Most of our esports experience is in international Age of Empires II, including tournaments backed by World’s Edge (Microsoft).
That can mean:
We can run the competition operation as a whole or take on a defined part of it.
Discuss an eventSome organisations need a better website. They do not necessarily need a branding exercise, a large development team or months of agency process.
Magna Creative builds focused websites for businesses and organisations that need to explain what they do clearly, present themselves professionally and make it easy for people to take the next step.
A project may include:
If useful, we can take the job from structure and copy through build, launch and handover.
This is a good fit for straightforward business or organisational sites where the priority is getting the information right and making the site easy to use — without turning it into a bigger project than it needs to be.
Discuss a website projectThere is much more to an esports event than the players. Planning, production, tournament operations, technology, graphics, communications and commentary all give people different ways to contribute.
We work with youth, community and education organisations to use video games and esports as a way into real roles, responsibilities and shared projects.
Esports, event operations and digital project experience.
Local relationships, participant support and the community knowledge that makes the project work for the people taking part.
We don’t arrive with a fixed programme. We build the project around the people and outcomes that matter.
You don’t need a finished brief.
Tell us what you are trying to deliver, what is getting in the way and what a good outcome would look like.
We’ll help you work out what would actually help.
